Physical Goals:

1. Run 5k, 10k (6 months)
    I have run several races in the past but would like to get     back into it.....goals times for both to come.
2. Practice Yoga (weekly)
    To balance out all of the higher intensity training I have started to add in yoga in addition to the meditation practices I have been exploring. I have been doing 2 hours of classes a week and try to add another 1-2 additional hours on my own to practice.  Already I have notice a dramatic increase in my flexibility. I am excited to make this a permanent addition to my routine and part of my lifelong goal of a healthy body and mind. Often the two calming practices mix to create a very good recovery and refresher.


3. Deadlift 300 lbs (5 months)
    ...With proper form.  Currently at 250 lbs. for 3 reps. I  Have spent the last year getting rid of my low back pain  from previous sports  injuries. My current max in this exercise has increased 75 lbs. in the  past 6 months. 
-Update 1/11/13: Increased DL weight to 275 for 3 reps. Workout included 135 for 8, 185 for 6, 205 for 6, 225 for 5, 250 for 4, 265 for 3.....35 lbs to go!
-Update: 2/9/13: Strained a muscle in my neck/right shoulder about 3 week ago...recovery has been slow and frustrating. Hopefully this will not delay my goals for too long.


Business Goals:

1. Actively search for new clients                 (every month) 

2. Become part owner of current work          place, Superior Fitness training             studio (1 year)

Other Life Goals:

1. Become financially independent from     any lending institute (besides school     loans) (6 months)

2. Continued education:
    Any reading/further study of topics
       related to my job. (Read and study        new book/source : every 2 months)
